LAUTECH DSA congratulates Abiodun Laurel on appointment as Makinde’s S.A

Professor Azeem Ige, the Dean Students Affairs, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH, Ogbomoso, has congratulated former Student Union President, Comrade Abiodun Oluwaseun on his appointment as Special Assistant to Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, on Project Delivery.  

Abiodun popularly known as LAUREL received his letter of appointment alongside other appointees last Thursday at secretariat. 

In a statement signed by the Dean Students Affairs, Professor Azeem urged students to get actively involved in politics to be able to contribute their quota to national development.

He said Laurel’s appointment is an indication that Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration recognizes youth inclusion in political leadership.

While urging him to prove the Governor right through his performances in office, he advised him not to allow the pecks of office to control him and be receptive to ideas from people.
