Court rejects Nnamdi Kanu’s bail application

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, has lost the move to regain freedom.

Justice Binta Nyako-led Abuja Federal High Court has rejected his application requesting to grant him bail.

The IPOB leader has sought the permission of the court to discharge the earlier order revoking his bail.

Justice Binta Nyako, Tuesday ruled that the embattled leader of IPOB has not provided enough reasons to deserve the court to set aside its order.

She therefore dismissed the application on the ground that it’s an abuse of court process.
