Prince Adebowale Falana Developmental Plans For  Ibadan North Local Government Series, Spotlight On Education 

Without a doubt, education helps to create productive citizens who are engaged in their community and are committed to making it a better place. The role of education in community development can not be overemphasized. 

That is why I will work closely with the state government and other relevant agencies to ensure that Primary education in Ibadan North local government receives the utmost priority. As the Chairman of Ibadan North Local government, I will ensure equal access to education for all children, and also work closely with the state government to eradicate the menace of out of school children.

Our education pursuit will not be limited to children, we are aware that an educated community is a prosperous community, therefore, I will work with the state agency responsible for adult education to ensure that adults who can not read and write are provided with an enabling environment to learn.

I will create innovative and creative ways to ensure that primary school teachers in Ibadan North Local Government are motivated so they can perform optimally. 

I will seek partnership with relevant organisation within and outside the country with the hope of getting support and donation of teaching and learning tools for our teachers and pupils.

All work and no play make Jack a dull boy. I will ensure the provision of play grounds with necessary facilities for Primary schools in Ibadan North.

I call on residents  to join hands with me to make Ibadan North Great Again. Together we can.
