John Oke hails Ogbomoso new Chief Imam, Sheikh Talihat Ayilara

A Chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State and Member Oyo State Local Government Service Commission, Hon. John Adisa Oke Ph. D, has congratulated Sheik Imam Talihat Oluwashina Yunus Ayilara on his installation as the New Grand Imam of Ogbomosoland. 

Oke in a statement made available to news men on Tuesday in Ogbomoso said when a society is properly led, things will be going on smoothly. 

According to him, what come with power are great responsibilities which everyone must use to the glorification of Allah and service to humanity. 

He described the installation ceremony as historic, unprecedented saying, “This ceremony is one that attracted many Muslim faithful with love.”

Oke urged the new Chief Imam to sustain the spirit of love and peaceful coexistence among other legacies that have been laid by the previous leaderships. 

He expressed deep optimism that the new leadership would walk the vision of the Muslim Community and accomplish great heights with his youthful age and qualifications.
