Appreciation: Thank You for the Goodwill Messages on My Birthday — Oyo Deputy Gov to Well-Wishers
The Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Barr. Abdul-Raheem Adebayo Lawal, has expressed deep appreciation to God Almighty for His mercy, grace, and favour that have kept him to witness another year on earth in good health and excellent spirit.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Deputy Governor also extended profound gratitude to the people of Oyo State at home and in the Diaspora, political and religious leaders, traditional rulers, friends, associates, colleagues, and family members for the outpouring of goodwill messages, birthday wishes, prayers, and words of encouragement on the occasion of his birthday.
He equally appreciated members of the National Assembly, Oyo State House of Assembly, State Executive Council, and the Judiciary for their hearty felicitations on his special day.
In particular, Lawal expressed gratitude to leaders, friends, associates, and family members who sent gifts and visited his residence despite his absence on official duty, noting that the gesture brought him immense joy.
“You were the one who made the birthday celebration a memorable occasion, and I will forever cherish it,” he said.
