‘You Truly Made the Day So Special’ — Oyo Deputy Gov Thanks Makinde, Excos for Birthday Wishes

The Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Barr. Abdul-Raheem Adebayo Lawal, has expressed deep gratitude to Governor Seyi Makinde for his warm birthday message, saying he is humbled to be celebrated.

He also appreciated members of the Oyo State Executive Council for their numerous inspiring birthday wishes and kind words, describing the outpouring of goodwill as overwhelming.

In a statement on Tuesday, the Deputy Governor said the kind words “can never be forgotten” and are “worth more than gold.”

He expressed deep appreciation for the love and support, adding: “Together we shall remain one, united under the leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde.”

“It really delighted my heart to wake up to showers of love and birthday wishes via calls and messages, both online and offline. So, I’m eternally grateful for the birthday greetings,” Lawal said.

“Your thoughtfulness has touched every inch of my heart and has been a source of immense joy. Thank you for the birthday wishes. I’m truly grateful,” he added.
