BREAKING: Oyo gov’t kicks-off rehabilitation of Oke-Bola to Oke-Ado road
The Oke-Bola to Oke-Ado road rehabilitation project was officially launched by the Oyo State Road Maintenance Agency (OYSROMA) on Thursday.
This was made known today by Honourable Busoye Ogunlade, Chairman Oyo State Road Maintenance Agency OYSROMA, while speaking with Journalists during a check up visit to the rehabilitated road.
Honourable Busoye Ogunlade mentioned that the Rehabilitation will comprise of Desilting of silted drainage system along the road and repair of damaged side Drains.
He cautioned residents in the State and road users to desist from the habit of dumping refuse on drainage system as it has been the main cause of the road damage in the area.
He also assured the People of OYo State that the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde has guaranteed to wage war against potholes on roads across the State.
Ogunlade therefore urged the road users to cooperate with the Agency during the process of rehabilitation to safe guard lives and properties.
