Ramadan/Easter: Booda Sunday Adeyemo donates staple foods to over 1000 constituents in Ogbomoso South

In the spirit of the ongoing Ramadan and Easter celebrations, Booda Sunday Adeyemo Foundation has exemplified what these seasons symbolize by donating staple foods to Ogbomoso South constituents.

MOUTHPIECE NGR gathered that part of the foods distributed include rice, semovita, spaghetti and others to over 1000 constituents – Muslims and Christians alike – on Friday.

The President of the Foundation, Hon. Sunday Jeremiah Adeyemo, who oversaw the distribution of the items, told our correspondent that it was part of their habitual efforts at the Foundation aimed at supporting families.

“In the spirit of the ongoing Ramadan fasting and Easter celebrations, this gesture was borne out of our desire to enable the beneficiaries and their family members celebrate the seasons with ease and joy.”

“Both Ramadan and Easter are seasons of love and sharing, particularly with those who don’t have. This may not be enough, but with this little, I believe it will go a long way in supporting some families to celebrate well.”

In the words of one of the beneficiaries, he appreciated the kind gesture extended by the Foundation and equally described Hon. Sunday Jeremiah Adeyemo as ‘a philanthropist to the core.’

“On behalf of all the beneficiaries, I want to appreciate the kind gestures of our philanthropist and serial giver. He’s indeed a philanthropist to the core”.

The senior citizens in Ogbomoso South in the spirit of appreciation of his gesture held a special prayer session for the President and the Foundation.

Indeed, Booda Sunday Adeyemo Foundation is putting smiles on the faces of constituents more than before and promises to do more.
