How Folarin killed Akala’s second term ambition— Ogbomoso illustrious son

The 2011 Gubernatorial election was a watershed in the history of political advancement of Ogbomoso land because of the inglorious manner by which late Governor Otunba Alao Adebayo Akala lost the election. 

Ogbomoso zone was denied the grace of serving for a second term by collaborative efforts some political renegades which were led by Senator Teslim Folarin. 

Late Governor Akala could have won the election if not for the internal mutiny of Senator Teslim Folarin which made him to worked for Senator Abiola Ajimobi against late Governor Akala.

This is the right time to pay him back in his own coins, this is the right time to let Senator Teslim Folarin knows the level of political stagnation and retrogression his inglorious acts brought into our zone. 

Several projects which late Akala started were abandoned for eight years. The same Senator Teslim Folarin sent late Akala out of P.D.P in 2014 when he denied late Akala the opportunity of contesting under a well known political party which the PDP represents at that material point in time.

This is the right time to prove to Senator Teslim Folarin that Ogbomoso is a land of the valiant who has never been conquered by any external aggressions. The gubernatorial election is an opportunity for the son’s and daughter’s of Ogbomoso to vote against Oloye Teslim Kolawole Folarin on 11/03/2023.

Our people are encouraged to support any other candidates of your choice but never should any rational and true born Ogbomoso’s cast their vote for Senator Teslim Folarin.

Ogbomoso must pay back Senator Teslim Folarin the way he did to late Akala in 2011 and 2014.
