Coronavirus: Makinde announces new date for workers resumption
IBADAN— Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde, has postponed workers resumption date earlier scheduled for the 20th April,2020 to the 27th April, 2020.
The governor made the disclosure at a press briefing held at the Government House, Agodi, Ibadan.
Mouthpiece NGR also confirmed that the Governor has promised to provide one million face mask for residents of the state for a start.
He said “it is mandatory for the use of face mask in any public gathering.”
Currently, Oyo state is now having 7 active cases.
It was gathered that the state recorded two new cases of Covid-19 today. While there are other reports that the state recently discharged one patient tested negative twice.
