JUST IN: GSM Appoints Ex Lawmaker, Ogunwuyi As Executive Assistant

Governor Seyi Makinde (GSM) has appointed a former member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Olusegun Ogunwuyi, as his Executive Assistant on investment.

The appointment letter which was made available to Mouthpiece NG on Monday was signed by the Oyo state chief of staff, Chief Bisi Ilaka, dated 24th, June, 2019.

Until his appointment, He was a member of the transition committee that ushered in Makinde led administration. 

Ogunwuyi, who represented Ogbomoso South state constituency between 2011 and 2015 in the Oyo State House of Assembly, was elected as the honorable representing Ogbomoso North/Ogbomoso South/Oriire federal constituency in 2015. 

Hon Ogunwuyi failed in his attempt to be reelected as he was defeated by the candidate of Alao Akala, Captain Ajao of the Action Democratic Party, ADP, in the the just concluded 2019 general election.
