A chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party in Iseyin Local Government and Chairman TFA group, Chief Adekunle Tanwa, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to PDP members from Oke-Ogun zone and other part of Oyo state on their recent appointments by Governor Seyi Makinde.
Recall that the Governor had through the office of his chief of staff, Hon. Segun Ogunwuyi, announced the appointments of individuals into boards and other agencies on Wednesday.
Notable among those appointed by the Governor include Alhaji Omokunmi Mustapha- Special Adviser on Political Matters; Hon. Samuel Ademola Adejumobi- Special Adviser on Legislative Matters; Dr Nureni Aderemi Adeniran- Chairman, State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB); Hon. Rauf Adekunle- Chairman, Oyo State Pension Board; Hon. Ramota Agberemi Dabo- Senior Special Assistant on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters and Hon. Abiodun Awoleye Dada- Chairman, Oyo State Primary Healthcare Board.
In his congratulatory message on Thursday, chief Tanwa described their appointment as well deserved, urging them to use their various positions to complement efforts of Governor Seyi Makinde for sustainable development.
The TFA Group chairman noted that their appointment genuinely demonstrates their extraordinary abilities, extensive experience in public administration, and ardour for the advancement and flourishing of the Pace setter State.
He equally added that the Governor’s appointments demonstrate extraordinary competence in leadership and management, with the goal of accomplishing outstanding accomplishments in the areas of infrastructure development, healthcare, education, employment creation, and poverty alleviation.
He however conveyed his belief that the appointed individuals will carry out their responsibilities with commitment and loyalty to the state.
