Omituntun 2.0: Ibadan North Council Chair’ Agbe Egbe Led Thousands of Party Faithfuls To A Rally For Makinde, OYHA Candidates

Scores of party faithful held a rally to mobilize support for the re-election of Governor Seyi Makinde.

The rally, which was led by the local government chairman, Hon Yusuff Sahib Oladayo (Agba Egbe) party leadership, party chieftains, and loyalists stormed the streets of Ibadan north local government, evangelizing the gospel of Engr. Seyi Makinde’s good deeds and seeking the mass’s support ahead of the Saturday guber polls.

The rally commenced at the PDP local government party house in Yemetu, headed to the Secretariat, Bodija market, Agbowo, University of Ibadan, Sango, Mokola, Beere, and some major streets of the metropolis.

During the carnival-like rally, marchers displayed various banners stating the achievements of the governor in infrastructural mainstreaming and other sectors in the past four years.

The rally was also attended by the party candidate in constituency 2, Hon. Babajide Gabriel, and his counterpart for constituency 1, hon. Olufunke Comforter, Seyi Makinde Omituntun 2.0 Director General in Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Fola Oyekunle (DON), a former house of the representative member and the chairman Central Campaign Committee Chairman, Hon. Awoleye Abiodun Dada, The PDP local government chairman, Hon. Seun Adelore, Engr. Daniel Ajuwon and other party faithful, various youth support groups in the state, and another party faithful.

Speaking with newsmen on the sideline of the rally, Hon. Yusuff Sahib Oladayo (Agba Egbe), said the governor has in the last few years displayed an iconic leadership role both for the masses and political office holders, which has led to this massive turn out from the lovers of Seyi Makinde led government.

Further, he enjoins voters to come out as a whole to vote on Saturday for the governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde and all the state assembly candidates to have a feel of a second of their Omituntun 2.0.
