JUST IN: Lagos doctor remanded for rape
An Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court yesterday remanded a medical doctor, Olufemi Olaleye, of Optimal Cancer Care Foundation, in Ikoyi Custodial Centre for allegedly defiling his wife’s niece.
Justice Ramon Oshodi granted him bail in the sum of N50 million with two sureties, but ordered that he be remanded pending perfection of his bail.
The judge adjourned the matter till December 19 and 21 for trial.
