UK varsity confers honorary doctoral degree on Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage

The popular Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage, has been conferred with a doctorate degree (honorary) at her alma mater, University of Kent, United kingdom.

The university has shared the singer’s photos in graduation gown on Twitter, as she got the certificate at Canterbury Cathedral on Friday morning.

The pictures were captioned: “Congratulations Dr @TiwaSavage! We’re super proud to have awarded the Queen of Afrobeats an honorary doctorate at Canterbury Cathedral this morning.”
