*Oyo Deputy Gov Felicitates UI Don, Fatai Adeniyi on Birthday*

Oyo State Deputy Governor, Barr. Abdul-Raheem Adebayo Lawal, has felicitated with Professor Fatai Adeniyi, a respected academician at the University of Ibadan and President of the Kishi Progressive Union, KPU, Ibadan Branch, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.

In a congratulatory message issued on Friday, the Deputy Governor described Prof. Adeniyi as a distinguished scholar, community leader, and role model whose contributions to academia, research, and grassroots development continue to inspire many across Oyo State and beyond.

Barr. Lawal noted that the celebrant has, over the years, demonstrated excellence in scholarship and an unwavering commitment to the progress of his people, both within the University of Ibadan and through his leadership of the Kishi Progressive Union.

He said: “Professor Fatai Adeniyi embodies the values of hard work, integrity, and service to humanity. His dedication to knowledge, mentorship of young minds, and his contributions to community development are worthy of commendation”.

He further acknowledged Prof. Adeniyi’s role in fostering unity among Kishi indigenes in Ibadan and promoting initiatives that advance education, cultural heritage, and social welfare.

While praying for God’s continued blessings upon the celebrant, he asked for more years of good health, wisdom, and impactful service to the state and nation.
