Unidentified Man Found Dead Inside Drainage Channel In Lekki

An unidentified man, believed to be in his mid-40s, has been found dead inside a drainage channel along Admiralty Way, Lekki, Lagos.

The body was discovered in the early hours of Monday, October 5, 2026, near the Freedom Way junction, causing concern among residents and passers-by.

The circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear. It has not been established whether he was knocked down by a vehicle in a possible hit-and-run incident before his body ended up in the drainage channel.
