Rep. Agboworin: I Won’t Rest in Serving Ibadan North-East/South-East
Rep. Abass Adigun Agboworin, representing Ibadan North-East/South-East Federal Constituency, reaffirms his commitment to advancing his constituents’ interests in the National Assembly.
Speaking on Tuesday with journalists after the House recess, Agboworin emphasized his determination to drive people-focused legislation and deliver impactful oversight.
Having used the break to engage with constituents and stakeholders, the lawmaker expressed renewed energy and vision for the constituency, underscoring his legislative agenda’s focus on purposeful development and project facilitation.
Agboworin said: “I am more determined than ever to advance people-focused legislation and deliver purposeful, results-driven oversight and that is what I want my constituents to know.
“While on break, I took the opportunity to reconnect with the people, listening to their concerns and sharing ideas as well as to see how we can further advance our constituency for the betterment of our people.
“So, I remained engaged in key legislative duties while away from the chambers, and I am now fully recharged to continue my assignment as I return to the National Assembly upon our resumption.
“To my constituents and all Nigerians, rest assured I will continue to remain steadfast in my commitment to legislate in your best interest and facilitate more things that would be of immense benefit to us all in the state.
“My experience in the United States Navy has taught me the importance of discipline, hard work, and service to others.
“So, I can assure you that I will remain committed to using my skills and experience to make a positive impact in the lives of my constituents and Nigerians at large.”
