  • Champions: Otamokun FC (Ogooluwa Local Government) – ₦1,000,000
  • Runner-up: Iregba FC (Surulere Local Government) – ₦700,000

  • Fourth Place: Gambari United FC (Surulere Local Government) – ₦300,000
