‘We now have Super Deputy Governor’— KISHI APC leaders declare

……. as NACOMYO, other Muslim groups visit Bayo Lawal 

Notable leaders of All Progressives Congress in Irepo Local government Kishi have rejoiced with one their own sons, Bayo Lawal, who was recently sworn in as the new Deputy Governor of Oyo state. 

Recall that the Kishi born lawyer took an oath of office last week Monday, administered by the Chief judge of Oyo State, Munta Abimbola, at the Governor’s Complex chamber. 

While speaking, the leaders who are prominent members of APC leaders in Irepo Local government, said their visit is to express deep appreciation to Governor Seyi Makinde for picking their brother as Deputy Governor of Oyo state, and his running mate in the forthcoming 2023 general elections. 

They declared that Irepo Local Government Kishi has not has it as good as it is, maintaining that the Governor has not only given them Deputy Governor but a ‘Super Deputy Governor’.

“We are here to felicitate with him. We are very happy”. He is our senior brother.”

Alhaji Honorable JS Amodu; Hon. Sanusi Rafiu Adetola; Alhaji Adegoke Saliu; Alhaji Awoyele Yekini; Alhaji Idris Moye and Alhaji Bunyamin Akorede were among the APC leaders who visited him. 

Earlier, members of NACOMYO from Oke Ogun axis, as well as members of Supreme Council and League of Imams and Alafas also paid their courtesy visit. 

They include Chairman Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs Kishi, Alhaji Misbahudeen O Ahmad; Alhaji Dhikirullah Aderibigbe, Imam Muslim Council Kishi; Alhaji Dhikirullah Kajola, Chairman NACOMYO Kishi; Alhaji Abdul Kareem Gbesinleke, Chairman League of Imams and Alfas Kishi, and Pa, Alhaji Balogun Imole of Kishi land.
