Sorrow As Osinbajo Mourns Shoemaker 

The Vice President of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, has mourned the demise of Ojima Omale, popularly known as OJ Best.

Mouthpiece News NGR gathered that the shoemaker died weekend at the age of 28-years old.

While expressing his condolence, Osinbajo described deeply how saddened he was by the passing away of the “young enterprising shoemaker and friend”.

In a statement issued on Monday, the VP stated that the deceased was talented, creative and dedicated to his craft.

“I never ceased to be impressed by his exertions for perfection in his products.

“I and many members of my team, for whom he also made shoes, will miss him, his services and unfailing good humour.

“Our thoughts are with his family as we pray that God will comfort them. May his memory remain blessed. Amen,” he prayed.

Our Correspondent, Mohammed Oluwatimileyin Taoheed, says Omale will be interred in his hometown at Ijessi-Igo, Ofu Local Government Area of Kogi State on Thursday.
