Gbemisola Saraki to bag Personality Award at WAYC youth, democracy summit

All roads will lead to NBA Hall, High Court, Ilorin on Saturday, 29th as the Minister of State for Transportation Sen. Rukayat Gbemisola Saraki alongside other awardees will be honoured at West Africa Youth Council’s democracy summit.

Sen. Gbemisola Saraki will bag the African Outstanding Personality Award for her giant strides and immense contributions to the developments in the country.

Speaking on this year’s edition, the Convener, Amb. Ishola Rafiu reiterated the need to recognise notable Sen. Gbemi Saraki who’s making viable decisions to change the status quo for good.

“The award is aimed at recognising a woman of valour, an embodiment of determination, courage and endurance and her efforts to support vulnerable groups in the society cannot be overemphasized.

“He assured that the event will serves its intended purpose as all arrangements are now in a top gear to make it a huge success.”- He said
