Ona Ara Guest House Renovated, Becomes LG Annex Office Under Dr. Glorious

What was formerly known as the Ona Ara Local Government Guest House has been renovated and repurposed under the administration of the Executive Chairman, Dr. Temitope Kolapo Glorious, and is now repositioned as the Ona Ara Local Government Annex Office.

For Dr. Glorious, the transformation goes beyond renovation or a change of name. It reflects an approach to governance that identifies opportunities within existing structures and turns them into more useful assets for the people and the administration.

A facility that once served as a guest house has now been transformed into an additional administrative space, effectively providing Ona Ara Local Government with another base for government operations.

This is one of the ways a proactive approach to leadership translates into practical change. Rather than simply maintaining existing structures in their old form, Dr. Glorious has demonstrated a willingness to rethink their purpose and explore how they can better serve the needs of the local government.

The development also aligns with the broader grassroots governance direction of Governor Seyi Makinde, whose administration places emphasis on strengthening development and governance at the local level.

For the people of Ona Ara, the transformation is another development worth documenting. A government facility has been renovated, repurposed, and given a new responsibility.

Leadership is not only about starting new projects. Sometimes, it is about looking at what already exists, seeing what it can become, and taking the initiative to make that change happen.

From Guest House to Annex Office.
From an old purpose to a new responsibility.
Another visible change in Ona Ara.
