Hon. Ogunwuyi kicks off skills acquisition training for 200 beneficiaries

Hon. Segun Ebenezer Ogunwuyi has flagged-off the commencement of vocational and skills acquisition program for 200 beneficiaries across five local governments in Ogbomoso.

This was made known in a statement available to Mouthpiece NGR on Tuesday, 2nd March 2021.

The flag-off which commenced on Monday had the beneficiaries in the category of driving who started their training at Muslim Grammar School, Oke Arada Market and Nurudeen Secondary School along stadium road.

Recall Mouthpiece NGR had reported the collection of forms for all interested participants in the acquisition program and the selection process was carried out immediately after the closure of forms where 200 beneficiaries were selected.

“This acquisition skills program will not only benefit 200 people but trainers in different category across the 5- local government in Ogbomoso zone and will boost the economy.

“Other vocational skills which include tailoring, photography, graphics, barbing, hairdressing and vulcanizing would start simultaneously, the statement added.
