Bombshell! How Nigerian Correctional services running corrupt system
Three senior officers were reported to have been suspended by the Civil Defense, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) over the Oluwasegun Aroke multi-million dollar scam and the death of five inmates at ikoyi custodial center.

According to a source, corruption in the correctional center is endemic from the controller general to the least staff.
A staff who prefers to be anonymous said the issue of trafficking, racketeering of promotion and unprofessional act cant stop in our correctional facilities due to several allowances and arrears being swindled by the immediate and present Controller general of correction service.
“The staff of correctional services were clamoring for the unreasonable amount paid for 2013/2014 arrears which was something not home to write about”.
