Oke LEGACY congratulates Abu Salami, Adekunle Bankole, Lydia Bankole, Laurel on new appointments
The APM candidate for Ogbomoso Federal Constituency, Hon. John Abisoye Adisa-Oke, Ph.D., has congratulated Engr. Abu Salami Arije, FNSE; Hon. Adekunle Oladapo Bankole; Hon. (Mrs.) Lydia Bankole; and Abiodun Oluwaseun Friday, popularly known as Laurel, on their respective appointments by Governor Seyi Makinde.
Engr. Abu Salami Arije was appointed as a member of the Oyo State Advisory Council, while Hon. (Mrs.) Lydia Bankole was also appointed as a member of the Advisory Council. Hon. Adekunle Oladapo Bankole was appointed Chairman of the Oyo State Hospitals Management Board, while Abiodun Oluwaseun Friday (Laurel), who previously served as Senior Special Assistant on Project Delivery, was appointed Chairman of the Oyo State Project Performance Monitoring Agency.
In his congratulatory message, Hon. Adisa-Oke described the appointments as an opportunity for the appointees to bring their experience, knowledge and understanding of the people to bear in the service of Oyo State.
“I warmly congratulate Engr. Abu Salami Arije, Hon. Adekunle Oladapo Bankole, Hon. (Mrs.) Lydia Bankole and Abiodun Oluwaseun Friday on these appointments. Their individual experiences and contributions over the years have positioned them to bring valuable perspectives to their respective assignments.”
Hon. Adisa-Oke noted that the appointment of Engr. Abu Salami and Hon. Lydia Bankole to the State Advisory Council provides them with an opportunity to contribute to conversations around the direction and development of Oyo State.
He also congratulated Hon. Adekunle Oladapo Bankole on his appointment to lead the Oyo State Hospitals Management Board, noting the importance of effective leadership in a sector that directly affects the wellbeing of residents.
For Abiodun Oluwaseun Friday, popularly known as Laurel, Hon. Adisa-Oke acknowledged his transition from serving as Senior Special Assistant on Project Delivery to heading the Project Performance Monitoring Agency, describing the new responsibility as another opportunity to contribute to effective project implementation and accountability in the state.
“I wish all the appointees wisdom, strength and sound judgment as they begin these new assignments. May their tenure be marked by meaningful contributions and measurable service to the people of Oyo State.
Hon. Adisa-Oke also commended Governor Seyi Makinde for recognising individuals with different backgrounds and experiences and giving them opportunities to contribute to the administration of the state.
