US Lobby Firm Vows ‘No Cover-Up’ In Tinubu Drug Allegations Case

A US-based policy advisory and lobbying firm, *Von Batten-Montague-York*, has vowed there will be “no cover-up” over alleged drug-trafficking claims involving *President Bola Tinubu*.

The firm stated this in a post on X on Tuesday.

According to Von Batten-Montague-York, the *Department of Justice (DOJ)* under former President *Joe Biden* fought the release of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) records concerning drug-trafficking allegations linked to Tinubu.

It, however, said the DOJ under *President Donald Trump* “will never protect an alleged drug trafficker linked to the smuggling of heroin from Nigeria through Illinois to Indiana.”

The firm accused the Biden administration of targeting Trump instead of protecting Americans, claiming: “If not for the grace of God, it might have succeeded in destroying him.”

It further alleged that the Biden DOJ pursued Trump while resisting the release of records concerning Tinubu, “a man accused in federal records of involvement in heroin trafficking.”

Von Batten-Montague-York also appreciated President Trump, US Attorney *Jeanine Pirro*, members of the Trump administration, and members of Congress who “refused to follow in the footsteps of Biden’s DOJ,” which it accused of shielding an alleged drug trafficker.

“Unlike President Joe Biden’s DOJ, which fought the release of FOIA records concerning drug-trafficking allegations involving Nigerian President Bola Tinubu, the DOJ under President Donald Trump will never protect an alleged drug trafficker linked to the smuggling of heroin from Nigeria through Illinois to Indiana,” the firm tweeted.

MOUTHPIECE NGR recalls that on Tuesday, *US District Judge Beryl Howell* gave Trump-appointed attorney Jeanine Pirro four additional days to release records relating to the drug-trafficking allegations against Tinubu.
