A dispute between a Nigerian landlord and his tenant has turned violent after the tenant allegedly smashed his landlord’s head, inflicting serious injuries.
According to the tenant, the fight started after his landlord demanded additional money for renovations carried out on the apartment and increased his rent from ₦300,000 to ₦1 million.
The condition of the landlord and the location where the incident occurred were not immediately disclosed as of press time.
