Oke LEGACY congratulates Wolekanle on appointment as Chief of Staff to Governor Makinde

The APM candidate for Ogbomoso North, Ogbomoso South and Oriire Federal Constituency, Hon. John Abisoye Adisa-Oke, Ph.D, has congratulated Basorun Akinwale Akinwole, popularly known as Wolekanle, on his appointment as Chief of Staff to the Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde.

The congratulatory message was conveyed by Hon. John Abisoye Adisa-Oke, Ph.D., APM candidate for Ogbomoso North, Ogbomoso South and Oriire Federal Constituency, who described the appointment as an important responsibility and an opportunity to contribute further to the governance and development of Oyo State.

Before his new appointment, Akinwole served as Chairman of the Oyo State Local Government Service Commission, where he was involved in matters relating to local government administration and the state’s public service.

Hon. Adisa-Oke noted that the position of Chief of Staff requires sound judgment, dedication and effective coordination, expressing confidence that the new appointee would bring his experience to bear in supporting the Governor’s administration.

He wished Basorun Akinwale Akinwole success in his new assignment, praying for the wisdom, strength and good health required to discharge the responsibilities of the office.

Oke LEGACY also expressed hope that the appointment would further strengthen efforts towards effective governance and sustained development across Oyo State.
