Oke LEGACY commences distribution of 6,000 notebooks, writing materials to schools across Ogbomoso North, South, Oriire LGAs

The Allied People’s Movement Candidate for Ogbomoso North, South and Oriire Federal Constituency, Hon. John Adisa-Oke LEGACY has commenced the distribution of 6,000 books and writing materials to schools across Ogbomoso North, Ogbomoso South and Oriire Local Government Areas.

This is another intervention aimed at supporting education and improving learning outcomes among pupils and students as they approach resumption for the new session.

The distribution covers schools across the three local government areas, with books, notebooks and other writing materials being delivered to beneficiaries as part of the initiative’s commitment to strengthening basic education at the grassroots.

Speaking on the intervention, Hon. John Adisa-Oke said the initiative was driven by the belief that every child deserves access to the basic materials required to learn, regardless of their background or location.

According to him, supporting education goes beyond providing infrastructure, as learners also need the appropriate materials to participate effectively in the learning process.

The distribution is expected to provide immediate support to pupils, students and teachers while complementing existing efforts to improve the quality of education within Ogbomoso and its surrounding communities.

The intervention also reflects the broader vision of Oke LEGACY to contribute meaningfully to the development of Ogbomoso through initiatives that directly impact the lives of residents, particularly young people and children.
