We stand with Makinde, not Razaq Agbeti Gbadegeshin, say loyalists
..Reaffirm allegiance to APM, back Adekanmbi, Open Salawu, Legacy, Boom*
The Ogbomoso North Allied Peoples’ Movement, APM, “GSM for All” Group has reaffirmed its total loyalty to the APM leadership in Ogbomoso North and to the administration of Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde.
The resolution was reached on Saturday during a strategic meeting of the group held at the residence of Alhaji Kabir Ayoade, the former local government chairman.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Jimoh Sikiru, who is currently the PDP chairman in Ogbomoso North LGA.
The group, formerly under the leadership of Alhaji Rasak Gbadegesin, popularly known as Agbeti, said political appointees and leaders who previously worked with him have resolved to remain with the APM leadership and continue supporting the Makinde administration.
Those who publicly reaffirmed their loyalty include Hon. Fatai Ayilara, Supervisor for Health; Mrs. Risikat, Special Adviser; and Hon. Kehinde, Councillor representing Aguodo Masifa Ward.
The meeting was attended by notable party leaders and stakeholders including Mr. Jimoh Sikiru, PDP/APM Chairman, Ogbomoso North; Mr. Amzat, Former PDP Chairman; Alhaji Kabir Ayoade, Former Local Government Chairman; Mrs. Kemi Alabi, Pacesetter Transport Secretary; Hon. Olaniyi Omokoseparo, Ogbomoso North LG Secretary; Hon. Deroju, Councillor, Alasa Ward; Councillors representing Aguodo Masifa and Ajee Ogunbado Wards; Hon. Opadiran Stephen; Hon dayo fagbemi(Jambo) Hon Mariam Taofeek, Hon. wale Aduatu, and Seyi Ajamu, Hon. Risikat, Saja Isale Ora Ward; Mr. Mike and Hon. Raheem Akande, both APM Chairmanship Aspirants; Hon. Dauda Kamaldeen, Ogbomoso North APM Youth Leader; Mr. Soji, Ward 03 Chairman; as well as chairmen of Saja Isale Ora and Okelerin Wards, and other ward and LG executive members.
At the end of the meeting, members unanimously resolved to remain united under the APM leadership in Ogbomoso North and pledged to work together for peace, progress, and sustainable development in the area and in Oyo State.
“United we stand. Together we move Ogbomoso North and Oyo State forward,” the group stated.
