I Did Not Collect Any Funds from Ladoja, Ajimobi, Zacheaus Adelabu To Impeach Gov. Makinde— Wale Canada Debunks Rumor
Hon. Saminu Riliwan Gbadamosi, also known as Wale Canada, the lawmaker representing Atisbo/Saki-East State Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly, has strongly refuted rumors of his involvement in any plot to impeach Governor Seyi Makinde.
He specifically denied collecting money from Senator Adewolu Ladoja, Florence Ajimobi (wife of the late governor), or Zacheaus Adelabu (FIRS Boss) for such a purpose.
In a statement released on Monday, Wale Canada emphasized his unwavering loyalty to Governor Makinde, whom he considers his benefactor.
He described the impeachment rumors as baseless and contrary to his political values and his positive relationship with the governor.
He highlighted that his time working with Governor Makinde has been marked by mutual respect and inclusivity, rather than marginalization.
Wale Canada however reiterated his commitment to the success of the current administration and pledged his support for policies aimed at developing Oyo State.
He urged the public to disregard any insinuations linking him to impeachment moves and stressed his dedication to good governance and the state’s progress.
