Hon. Sanjo Adedoyin (Sanjay) Brings Relief to Kajola School with New Borehole

The Majority Leader of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Sanjo Adedoyin, has donated a borehole to Kajola Basic School in Kajola/JK area, Ogbomoso. The drilling, which commenced on Sunday, is expected to be completed within a few days.

Hon. Adedoyin, who represents Ogbomoso South State Constituency, explained that the intervention was in response to the school’s pressing need for water, which had been affecting both pupils and teachers. “Water is life, and it is essential for a school to run efficiently. With available potable water, toilets can function properly and students and staff can quench their thirst. This project will eliminate a major challenge and improve teaching and learning. These children are our future,” he said.

Popularly known as _Sanjay_, the lawmaker has a track record of community-focused projects. He recently donated pumping machines to Government Technical College and the Sunsun Police Divisional Headquarters. A few months ago, he commissioned eight boreholes across his constituency and also provided a modern toilet at Aarada market.
