Hon. Bisi Oluranti Micheal, the Oyo lawmaker representing Ogbomoso North, has extended birthday wishes to Governor Seyi Makinde on his 58th birthday. 

She also sent Christmas greetings to Christians.

Oluranti described Christmas as a symbol of hope, sacrifice, and love, urging Christians to pray for the nation and promote peace. 

She highlighted the Christian community’s role in fostering moral values and supporting social development.

She encouraged Nigerians to support the less privileged, emphasizing the importance of empathy for national progress.

“I felicitate with Christians across the country and in the diaspora, and I urge them to use this sacred period to pray for peace, unity and stability in our nation,” she said. “The message of Christmas calls on all of us, irrespective of faith or background, to embrace compassion, tolerance and peaceful coexistence.”

Describing Governor Makinde as a visionary leader, Oluranti praised his commitment to people-oriented governance. She noted his dedication to service and inclusive development, which has positively transformed Oyo State.

She stated that the Governor’s birthday, coinciding with Christmas, symbolizes selfless service and compassion, values evident in his leadership.

Oluranti commended the Governor’s achievements in infrastructure, education, healthcare, security, and local government administration, noting that Ogbomoso North has benefited from his developmental initiatives.
