Segun Odebunmi Bunvic thanks Tinubu over appointment

The newly appointed chairman of OGUN – OSUN RIVER BASIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, Hon. Segun Dokun Odebunmi popularly known as BUNVIC has expressed his gratitude and sense of appreciation to President Bola Hammed TINUBU over his recent appointment as the executive chairman of OGUN – OSUN RIVER BASIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, one of the newly reconstituted 12 River Basin development authorities.  

It would be recalled that in a statement signed by Bayo Onanuga Special Adviser to the President on Media and Strategy on 18th of December, the lawmaker who had represented his federal constituency of SURULERE/OGO OLUWA in the 8th, 9th and 10th National Assembly consecutively was announced as the Chairman of OGUN OSUN RIVER BASIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY which comprises of Lagos, Ogun Osun and Oyo states executive management 

While expressing his gratitude, Hon. Bunvic, in a statement signed by Mr. Adedapo M. Adeyemi from his his Media office, expressed his appreciation and gratitude to President Bola Hammed TINUBU for choosing him among million of qualified Nigerians, confidence reposed in him and trusting his abilities to deliver in the task ahead in our National rebuilding of Renewed Hope Agenda.

The statement read: “Your Excellency, I  am honored and humbled by my recent appointment as the Executive chairman of OGUN OSUN RIVER BASIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY under the Ministry of Water Resources as announced by the presidency on 18th of Dec 2024 , Sir, this is a clarion call to serve as one of your agents in the task of rebuilding our Nation under the RENEWED HOPE AGENDA and I am promising Mr President and my catchment area of Lagos, Ogun Osun and Oyo states that I will bring my diverse wealth of political and management experience over the years to positively impact my responsibilities in the new assignment and contribute my quota to our National rebuilding and to my immediate constituency of SURULERE OGO OLUWA federal constituency I assured you that I will be your good ambassador in this renewed hope Agenda.
