Oriire Youth Council congratulates Sarafadeen Aderemi, Ajadi Isaac on appointments as A. Secretary, SA
In a letter co-signed by its Vice Chairman and National Secretary – Temitayo Ogundare and Sanusi Olalekan, the Youth Volunteers for the Development Projects of Oriire State Constituency code-named ‘Oriire Youth Council’ has congratulated it’s Chairman and Public Relations Officer; Hons: Sarafadeen Owonikoko and Ajadi Isaac on their well-deserved appointment as Assistant Secretary to the local government (Oriire) and Special Assistant to the member House of Representative (Ogbomoso North/South/Oriire).
Sarafadeen received his appointment letter earlier today at the Office of the local government Chairman – Hon. Michael Alabi Olateju while Ajadi Isaac got appointed by Hon. Ayodeji Alao-Akala Olamijuwon on 16th May, this year.
In their congratulatory message, the youths said, “Your appointments are hard proof of your thriving impacts to the youth sector in the council area, State and of-course a significant step to precede your even greater limelights.
Demonstrate diligently in your Constituencies what exactly a quality leadership ought to be, work together to see that the hitherto effective and moribund vocational training Centre domiciling at the council secretariat is revived and reopened for our Youths to develop hands-on skills which would help them become self-reliant and be successful. Do exploits and grow bigger.”

In her own goodwill message earlier, Akanji Folasade – Vice Chairman II of the Youth Council who represented the Youths at the event today prayed God to equip them with all wisdom, good health and resources to accomplish the enormous tasks they were given by their Principals.
Oriire Youth Council is one of the ideas and legacies of the member representing the Oriire youths at the Oyo State Youth Parliament (2nd Assembly), Joshua Ojo Akin in the year 2023.
Meanwhile, the Oyo State Youth Parliament actually is a Government-structured and inaugurated non-political Youth Assembly comprising representatives from all the 32 State Constituencies of Oyo State, and under the tutelage of the Oyo State House of Assembly (OYHA), while reporting to the Oyo State Ministry of Youth and Sports Development. A non-partisan umbrella body for the State Youths created in Compliance with the United Nation Charter on Youths Development as a platform through which youth voices could be heard on government policies that affect them directly.
