Akinloye: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow And The Need To Chair Ayedaade Local Government Area- Ex Aide Oluwadamilare 

I have taken it upon myself to check through the political diaries of Hon. Olaniyi Simeon Akinloye, first as a reputable and illustrious son of Gbongan in Ayedaade local Government Area of Osun State and as a politician with outstanding political trajectory in the past, today and always. 

Yesterday. Akinloye had a better beginning and history was kind to him considering the template he followed and the excellent contributions he made at one point or the other to the growth of the  communities surrounding Ayedaade and the party at large. He voluntarily joined Peoples Democratic Party some years back and rose through ranks to become the frontier youth ambassador of people’s Democratic Party in Ayedaade local government area to energised other youths for the growth and triumph of the party in the last election. He was neither standing on the fence nor behind the fence. He was noticed by all the leaders and was given recognition with many party’s responsibilities to champion before and during last election. Successfully with other standing musketeers, people’s Democratic Party was brought to power in both State and National Assembly. Of course, he never stood back watching the theatrics of the opposition in the state but stands to defend the victory of the party in all ramifications.

Akinloye as a lover of development and innovation, facilitated many developmental projects to Ayedaade local government; the solar street light, monthly windows and women financial empowerment, scholarship to students, palliative support to party members and general public during COVID-19 pandemic among others can not easily be erase in the memories of Ayedaade constituents. 

Of course, no brilliant historian, diarist or hagiographer would ever ignore this while dotting or archiving the history of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ayedaade  local government without mentioning Hon. Olaniyi Simeon Akinloye and his pasts that are part of present.

In addition to his yesterday, Hon. Olaniyi Simeon Akinloye  secured State Assembly form and campaigned rigorously for the party though lost during primary but it’s campaign impact felt during the last election which resulted to an uncommon victory for the party in Ayedaade local government. He proved his worth and convincingly convinced the leadership of the party to earn himself a well-deserved face of the youth within the  leadership of the party.

 Today, unrelenting Akinloye is making people’s Democratic Party wider and stronger within every space in Ayedaade with his excellent philanthropical performances even without holding any elective or appointed public positions, Akinloye is well known to pretens in Ayedaade local government. His message through various interventions to make life easier to generality of Ayedaade constituents can not be overlook. Akinloye’s commitment to party and members is spreading like harmattan fire.

Tomorrow, it is a normal phenomenon for an individual to be optimistic and hope for better days. But fortunately, it would be justifiable and reasonable to choose the path of a pessimist considering the political socialisation and culture in Ayedaade localgovernment. It will be so glorious and hopeful however joyous to the good people of Ayedaade local government if most of the people that truly loves this local Government experience ephemerality of power. Those with greedness, insatiableness and gluttonous should be eliminated from position of authority and within the political space in Ayedaade local government. 

As a newbie in politics, Akinloye has demonstrated leadership and administrative skills which is very important at this crucial time to correct many atrocities that has delayed development in Ayedaade local government by past administration. 

Wait! At this critical time we need to consider  progress not retrogression for the local council “we” really need to mean well for the residents of this council? Every hand must be on track to choose someone who understand politics at the grassroots and the likely effects in the future, and no other person but  Hon. Olaniyi Semion Akinloye who can step up of our vision in this local government.

These are the profound points to be considering by all minds in the power-that-be. Let all our leaders and readers enjoy the rhetorics and consider the importance of well-being of our people in Ayedaade as priority and give us no other person than Hon  Olaniyi Simeon Akinloye to chair Ayedaade council, which will later result in best decision. 

Akinloye has proved his worth and convincingly convinced the leadership of the party that he has the administrative experience, leardership skills and excellent accedemic performances as an employer of labour. 

Without mincing words, it will be of a good record for our great party, People’s Democratic Party and for the benefits of Ayedaade constituents, let Akinloye occupy Ayedaade local government area of Osun State.
