He was a loyal political leader— Dare Adeleke mourns Adagunodo
Oyo PDP Chieftain, Dare Adeleke has expressed deep shock at the passing unto eternal glory of
the Zonal Vice Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the Southwest, Hon. Soji Adagunodo.
Adeleke said such a sad news was least expected.
He described Adagunodo as a great friend and brother who had proven his mettle at each dispensation.
“He was a loyal political leader who never wavered in his convictions. Adaganugo was also a Chairman of the PDP in Osun State and a close ally to Governor Seyi Makinde.
“His contribution to the PDP on state, zonal and national levels cannot be over emphasized.
“I pray for the repose of his soul and may God console his loved ones” Adeleke said.
“My sympathy goes to his wife, children, family, the entire South West PDP and Osun in particular.
The PDP Chieftain also commiserated with the governor and the people of Osun state.”
According to sources close to the former Osun State PDP Chairman, Adagunodo died on Tuesday in the United States of America after a brief illness.
