Reps member-elect, Agboworin presents certificate of return to Dare Adeleke 

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) House of Representatives candidate, Rep. Abass Agboworin has presented his certificate of returns to the Executive Chairman of Oyo Pacesetters Transport Company, Hon. Dare Adeleke. 

He made the presentation on Saturday during his courtesy call to the House of the PDP Chieftain to express his profound gratitude for his support in both the February 25th election and the supplementary election. 

Recall that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on April 15 declared the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) House of Representatives candidate, Rep. Abass Agboworin, as the winner of Saturday re-run election in Ibadan South-East/North-East Federal Constituency of Oyo State.

Agboworin, a current occupant of the seat, was declared elected after he polled 28,111 votes to win the supplementary election.

He won the election ahead of his closed contender, Adedapo Lam-Adesina, son of the late former Governor, Lam Adesina.
