Oyo Assembly Service Commission Commiserates With Speaker Over Mother’s Death
The Oyo State House of Assembly Service Commission (OYHASC) has commiserated with the Speaker, Rt Hon Adebo Ogundoyin over the demise of his mother, Chief (Mrs.) Justina Iyabo Ogundoyin.
A statement by the chairman of the commission, Rt Hon Musah Abdulwasi on Monday, described the Late Ogundoyin as a true mother, who gave birth to wonderful sons and daughters including the Rt Hon speaker.
The statement added that Mrs Justina Iyabo Ogundoyin was always after the development of the Eruwa community, Ibarapa land and Oyo state in general.
The commission urged the Speaker, Honourable Adebo Ogundoyin, other children and the entire family to take heart, and be consoled by the fact that the memory of their late mother would remain indelible.
The statement reads: “This is to commiserate with our speaker, Rt Hon Adebo Ogundoyin and the Ogundoyin family over the demise of their mother, Chief Mrs Justina Iyabo Ogundoyin.
“She was a good wife and caring mother, who left behind wonderful sons and daughters, including Rt Hon Speaker. We want to urge the Speaker, other children and the entire family members to take solace in the fact that Mama Ogundoyin did her best for the development of her community and life of her children.”
Justina, who died at the age 63, was the Iyaloja General of Ibarapa Land and one of the wives of the late renowned philanthropist and business mogul, Chief Adeseun Ogundoyin.
