BREAKING: Court of Appeal orders ASUU to call off strike immediately

The Federal High Court of Appeal has ordered immediately resumption of academic activities by the Academic Staff Union of Universities ASUU.

The Court made the pronouncement on Friday after the ruling had been adjourned and was first heard on Wednesday, 5th of October.

Recall that the Court had initially suggested that both parties should deploy out-of-court settlement which failed subsequently.
