DISCLAIMER❗❗❗
The entire executive body and Senate body of the above named union hereby bring to the notice of the public that we did not endorse any candidate.
We rightly had a meeting with Honourable Adamawa and his cohorts yesterday, 25th October, 2022 at our Secretariat, but we did not reach any solid conclusion!
Comment of part of us that contributed to the meeting goes thus:
The welfare secretary asked if he eventually emerged, what would be his contribution to Student’s union,
The Senate Representative also said the same thing in lieu to his consultation with us, and encouraged him.
At the end of the meeting, he handed over a sum of money to us, and also gave us caps and we took pictures with him, just to honour him, and not a show of support at all.
His cap is not the first cap we would be given in our meetings, for other contestants had also met with us.
It was to our greatest surprise that he even came with Media team
NUSS is not one man affair, we are for everybody. Hence! we refuse to be used or blackmailed by Honorable Adamawa’s cohort.
Amikanle, should single handedly support him and not manipulate us into supporting Honorable Adamawa.
