Osun 2022: Gov Oyetola drags Adeleke to election petition tribunal

The All Progressives Congress and the Governor of Osun State, Adegboyega Oyetola have put in place necessary plans to drag the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Governor-elect, Senator Ademola Adeleke to the elections petitions tribunal.

Chairman of the APC in Osun state, Gboyega Famodun made this revelation at a press conference which took place at the Party secretariat in Osogbo, on Thursday.

MOUTHPIECE NGR observes that Senator Ademola Adeleke was the gubernatorial candidate of the PDP in the July 16, Osun gubernatorial election where he defeated the candidate of the ruling APC and the sitting governor, Oyetola.

The party chairman has said the counsels to the party and that of the Governor have put in place necessary plans and will be proceeding the court.

He added that the legal practitioners have told them that “we have a strong case and we believe we will win at the court.”
