Buhari swears in new Chief Justice of Nigeria, hours after Tanko resigns
President Muhammadu Buhari has sworn in a new Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN.
Justice Olukayode Ariwoola has been pronounced by the president as the acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN.
The acting CJN was sworn in, Monday at the Council Chambers, Abuja.
Ariwoola was pronounced the acting CJN, hours after the immediate past CJN, Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad resigned the position on Monday due to health reasons.
