Keep supporting Gov. Makinde for more developments— LEGACY urges Ogbomoso indigenes, residents

Former House of Representatives aspirant and member of Oyo State Local Government Service Commission (OSLSC), Hon. John Adisa Oke has urged all indigenes and residents of Ogbomoso to keep supporting Governor Makinde’s led administration for more developmental programs in Ogbomoso.

According to him, many developmental projects are being carried out in Ogbomoso especially the ceding of LAUTECH to Oyo state.

Oke charged the good of Ogbomoso to be courageous in confronting whatever challenges the new year may bring, maintaining a strong and positive mindset throughout 2021 by Makinde’s led administration.

His statement is contained in a New-year message made available to Mouthpiece NGR on Friday, to congratulate Nigerians on witnessing the new year, expressing optimism that the current health, social and economic challenges bedeviling the world would soon give way for better times if we remain positive and support each other.

Oke who thanked Governor Makinde for the ongoing construction of Under-G stadium Road charged Ogbomoso residents and indigenes to remain committed to Makinde’s government which is truly serving them, assuring that there would more developmental project in the zone by 2021.

“For the first time, places like Arowmole, Taki round about among others are being lighted up for Christmas and new year celebration where by friends and families takes as tourist sites for pictures.

He said, none of the previous governments has been thoughtful of Ogbomoso like Governor Makinde.

“LAUTECH which is the main economy of the zone is now in peace and staff and students are enjoying the new breeze”.

He concluded by thanking the governor for quick starting the moribund fruit juice company in Oko Surulere LG to live again.
