Coronavirus: Governor Bala Muhammed, Others in self Isolation
Bauchi Governor, Bala Mohammed has undergone coronavirus test after the son of the former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar was tested positive.
Mouthpiece NGR earlier reported that Abubakar disclosed this in a tweet on his verified Twitter handle on Sunday night.
He did not mention the name of which of his sons was infected but revealed that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has been duly informed about the situation and that his son had been moved to the Gwagwalada Specialist Hospital in Abuja for treatment.
In a tweet by Ladan Salihu, he said “Our Governor Bala Mohammed in self isolation following contexts with Atiku Abubakar’s son. Yes, we were on the same flight from Lagos to Abuja. They shook hands and down exchanged greetings. The Governor and the rest of us have taken tests. The result will be negative Insha Allah.”
