ADLAT calls for grassroots mobilisation as APM commissions 2027 campaign HQ in Abuja 

The Allied Peoples Movement, APM, has taken a major step towards the 2027 general elections with the commissioning of its presidential campaign headquarters in Abuja, an event party leaders have described as a significant milestone in its preparations.

Reacting to the development, the APM candidate for Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency, Engr. Toheeb Adegoke ADLAT, congratulated the party’s presidential candidate and Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, on the opening of the campaign office.

ADLAT described the commissioning as proof of the APM’s seriousness and readiness for 2027, saying the event has further energised party members and candidates across the country.

He said the Abuja launch should mark the beginning of stronger grassroots mobilisation, and urged Nigerians to support the APM and all its candidates in the 2027 elections.

According to him, victory in 2027 will require voters to look beyond individual candidates and support the entire APM team, from the presidential ticket to legislative and other elective positions.

Speaking on the commissioning, ADLAT said:

“Let me congratulate our leader and presidential candidate, Governor Seyi Makinde, on the commissioning of the APM 2027 campaign headquarters in Abuja. This is a significant milestone and a clear demonstration that we are ready for the task ahead.

“The Abuja event has given us renewed energy. Now, we must take that energy to every ward, community and constituency across Nigeria. I am calling on Nigerians to support all APM candidates in 2027. We need to work together and vote for a team that can bring the change and development our people deserve.”

The Akinyele/Lagelu candidate further assured constituents of his commitment to effective representation, grassroots development and accountability.

He expressed confidence in Makinde’s capacity to provide purposeful leadership at the national level, and urged Nigerians to give the governor and other APM candidates the opportunity to serve.

ADLAT noted that the 2027 election presents an opportunity for Nigerians to make informed choices and elect leaders committed to improving citizens’ welfare.

He added that the enthusiasm generated by the Abuja event would be sustained through increased engagement at the grassroots as the party moves towards the polls.

The APM is expected to intensify nationwide mobilisation in the coming weeks, with candidates and supporters tasked with taking the party’s message to voters across the country.
