Just In: LAUTECH workers to protest over 8 demands

Information reaching Mouthpiece NGR news room says that members of the Senior and Non-Academic Staff of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH, Ogbomoso will on Monday stage a peaceful protest over eight demands. 

This online news platform understands that the announcement was made after a congress of the institution’s Joint Action Committee.

The agenda of the protest includes:

1. Payment of 8 months salaries arrears

2. Payment of 13 months cooperative societies deductions

3. Payment of balance of 68hours Earned allowances

4. Payment of Promotion arrears from 2012/2013

5. Immediate Constitution of LAUTECH Governing council

6. Immediate implementation of promotions

7. Implementation and payment of Minimum wage and arrears
