Wale Canada hails Kunle Bankole’s appointment

Hon. Saminu Riliwan Gbadamosi JP, popularly known as Wale Canada, Member Representing Atisbo/Saki-East State Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly and Allied Peoples Movement (APM) candidate for the 2027 third term, has congratulated Hon. Adekunle Oladapo Bankole on his appointment as the Chairman of the Oyo State Hospital Management Board (OYSHMB).

In a congratulatory message made available to the media, Hon. Wale Canada described the appointment as a significant recognition of Hon. Adekunle Bankole’s experience, capacity and commitment to public service, while expressing confidence that he would bring his wealth of knowledge, leadership experience and dedication to bear on the administration of the State’s healthcare institutions.

He noted that the Oyo State Hospital Management Board occupies a strategic position in the healthcare system of the state, with an important responsibility in supporting effective hospital administration, quality service delivery and improved healthcare outcomes for residents.

According to him, the appointment therefore comes with a significant responsibility to further strengthen the institutions under the Board and promote an environment where healthcare professionals can effectively discharge their duties while patients receive quality and dignified care.

Hon. Wale Canada also commended the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Abiodun Makinde, FNSE, D.Sc., GSSRS, for what he described as his continued commitment to identifying capable individuals and entrusting them with responsibilities in strategic sectors of the state.
He said the appointment of Hon. Bankole reflects the importance of placing experienced and competent hands in positions where their knowledge and abilities can contribute to the collective development of Oyo State.
