The senatorial candidate of Oyo South senatorial district, Hon. Stanley Odidiomo, on Sunday held an engagement with the Electronics Dealers Association at Iwo Road Market in Ibadan North.

Odidiomo said he went not just to speak, but to listen, understand their concerns and discuss practical solutions.

According to him, the traders’ request for solar street lights aligns with his vision for a well-lit and better-connected district. He disclosed that he has pledged 9,000 solar street lights across Ibadan South, with about 100 allocated to each ward.

The association also requested a borehole, which he assured would commence immediately. He also supported the association with ₦5 million.

“For me, representation is about listening, acting and delivering practical development that improves lives and strengthens local businesses,” he said.
